Executive Summary

This facility processes natural gas liquids (NGL) and oil (condensate) from various wells. The NGL is stripped out and stored in a 15,000 gal bullet tank and removed by transfer tank trucks. The condensate is stored in a 400 bbl atmospheric tank and removed by transfer tank trucks. To assist with ongoing compliance, a "Chemical Accident Prevention Compliance Manual" has been prepared. As far as emergency response policies, the owner has decided that employees will not respond to accidental releases and instead evacuate.
