Executive Summary

This facility handles NFPA 4 flammable materials. At this time, we do not have greater than 10,000 pounds of NFPA 4 flammable material on-site at any one time. We are prefiling for under the RMP program, as in the future we may exceed the 10,000 pound threshold. The worst case scenario identified is a release from the demethanizer (which is the process vessel onsite containing the largest volume of chemicals). The mass of NFPA mateiral in the vessel is about 3500 pounds. For purposes of a worst case release, this was raised to 5000 pounds. The overpressure radius from this blase extended 0.1 miles from this vessel. That distance does not impact the nearest receptor.
